Privacy policy

The data you provide us with is only used to fulfil the order placed, we may occasionally use your phone number or email address to contact you to confirm an order if there is a query.

In order for you to receive your order we pass on limited information to the Royal Mail/Couriers in order to deliver your item to the address given.  We do not share your information with any other third party

Due to the payment platforms used I never receive your card/bank details directly online (these are given and processed via Shopify / PayPal through secure encrypted pages)

All order details including email addresses and delivery addresses are kept for 5 years, this is for financial requirements and to ensure that I have a point of reference if there was to be any issues with an order. If you would like your information to be removed prior to this please contact me.
