Refund policy

Should you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason you may do so within 24 hour of the order being placed – please contact me as soon as possible after ordering.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygene reasons.

Unfortunately I do not accept returns on pieces that are personalised in any way. However I am only human and from time to time I may make a mistake – if this is the case please get in touch ASAP and I will correct any errors.
